Supreme Court Upholds Law; Beauprez Remains GOP Nominee

DENVER, CO - Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob Beauprez remains the Republican nominee for Governor after the Colorado Supreme Court decided minutes ago not to hear Marc Holtzman's appeal.
"Today the Colorado Supreme Court upheld the rule of law," said Beauprez campaign manager John Marshall. "We are excited to continue our campaign with renewed momentum and focus, and we appreciate the contribution of Marc and his team to this race. We look forward to working together towards victory in November."
